The SVP, Client Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operations behind media planning, buying and overall agency management ensuring the account is running at optimal levels. You will bring an analytical, creative, and flexible expertise to the role. You should have a comprehensive understanding of process work flow, enabling automation tools and working with internal and external teams to implement and adhere to process requirements. You should also have knowledge of marketing, digital or media processes. This role will act as a strategic business partner and become the main point of contact for the teams, managing critical projects such as QBRs, Audits & Financial processes.Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Operations5+ years of experience in marketing and advertisingHelp optimize and build process that will further streamline and deliver operational excellence to the overall team delivering on client / agency functional needsLeads in major fee and FTE based negotiations and is the liaison with agency financeManage all audit, billing, financial and data compliance needs in partnership with discipline leads, key client stakeholders and agency relations team membersEnsure agency personnel are updated regularly on client business and assist with HR, Recruitment & team staffing needs as required to deliver on client LOA/Business needsDevelop and update forecast and expense budgetIdentify and communicate organizational or business challenges and work to deliver on the needs of the broader agency team and clientLiaise across all disciplines and business leaders to project manage the annual statement of work development, manage team run rates and scope compliancePromote an open working environment where opinions, views and ideas can be sharedTrain and mentor talent and team and assist in career mapping for direct and indirect personnelYou should maintain level of integrity in an environment that has high urgency and is outcomes orientedAbility to command the respect and support the activities of multiple stakeholders including but not limited to C-level executives and clientsYou should understand compliance, budgeting, planning and other operational functionsExperience presenting to Executive TeamsExperience leading and supervising teams.
