Seeking a Sr Manager: FP&A to join our AME (Automotive, Mobile, and Embedded) Segment Finance Team. This position will provide extensive business partnering and will have ownership of all aspects of Revenue, Margin and OPEX forecast, reports, KPI’s and AME and support Portfolio Planning.Provide oversight and responsible for Flash AME (Auto, Mobile and Embedded) FP&A function. Influence, motivate and collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders on short-term and long-range annual plan, and support execution of AME P&L.Manage WCS (Wafer & Component Sales) business unit by performing monthly forecasts, monitoring quarter-to-date attainment, tracking pricing and supply for risks/opportunities to the forecast, and ad hoc requests from business partners.Oversee financial planning and tracking of Total Flash BU OPEX, headcount reporting, monthly close support, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analyses.Collaborate with Engineering, Product marketing and other stakeholders on Business case analysis for new products. Lead and support Portfolio planning initiatives within the organization.Prepare presentations, weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, annual operating plans and detailed analysis to summarize key business conclusions for management on revenue and gross margin for the AME business unit.Analyze complex financial information from various sources to size risks and opportunities, support strategic objectives and provide actionable recommendations.Drive improved insight into the business, including development and reporting of Segment P&Ls, GM targets, KPI’s and performance metrics and scorecards, to drive organizational accountability and performance.Improve efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities and reporting through automation and detailed analytics. Participate and provide leadership in special projects as assigned.Provide active leadership to the AME Finance organization, supporting change in processes and systems.Attract, recruit, mentor and train top talent.Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.5 or more years of management experience required.Ability to convey financial performance to audiences at different levels in the organization.Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, and ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.Strong financial modeling, analytical and Portfolio Planning skills.People management skills and leadership, the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Enterprise Financial Planning Systems.Additional Information
