The Sage Group’s client, a software company that specializes in business messaging, is searching for an Integrated Campaign Coordinator. You will be a key player in the execution of our marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on webinars, virtual events, and other bespoke integrated content and field marketing campaigns. You will handle a variety of tasks ranging from setting up webinars, virtual, and field events, to coordinating campaign logistics, and ensuring post-campaign follow-ups are completed. This role requires someone who is organized, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and has a knack for ensuring all the details are in place.What will you be doing:

Campaign Coordination:

Assist in the creation and updating of campaign briefs, sales briefs, and other ancillary documents based on the source of truth Campaign Brief. Ensure all campaign components are on track.Webinar Setup and Management:

Handle the setup of recurring and bespoke webinars using platforms like Goldcast and our Global Webinar Hub (Coda). Ensure all related tasks are submitted to our marketing operations team via Asana.Email Copywriting:

Review and sometimes develop promotional email copy for various campaigns, including subject lines.On-Demand Activation:

Ensure that on-demand content is properly activated, with accurate dates, times, and information across all platforms.Data Management:

Update campaign statuses, log results, and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in our various event and webinar hubs.Communication and Collaboration:

Post updates and recaps to relevant Slack channels and via email, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of campaign progress and outcomes.What skills do you need:

2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B technology company, with a good understanding of campaign management and execution.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to update stakeholders clearly and concisely.A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Nice to haves:

Experience with tools like Coda, Slack, Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce.Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Goldcast)General event management experience (virtual or in-person)Work experience as a founder or startup employeeDuration:
