Lead initiatives to improve processes from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery, ensuring seamless operations at distribution centers.Direct and supervise cutting operations, material management, and ensure adherence to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.Take a proactive approach to identify and mitigate delays in the audit process related to product integrity, establishing robust audit procedures.Develop strategies to minimize the impact of aging inventory, drive inventory optimization efforts, and ensure timely resolution of product integrity concerns.Implement a robust process for resolving issues swiftly and effectively, conducting root cause analyses and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues and drive sustainable solutions.Minimum Qualifications
Experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Textiles, preferably with a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in product operations or a related field.Strong leadership skills with a focus on people and processes, able to inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively.Proficient in quality assurance principles and methodologies, with a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in cutting operations.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate closely with internal audit teams and address compliance issues promptly.
