OVERVIEW

Lead initiatives to continuously improve processes, from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery. Implement best practices, harness data-driven insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Oversight of DC Operations:

Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure seamless operations at our distribution centers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Championing Cutting Operations Excellence:

Direct and supervise cutting operations, material management from fabric sourcing, dyeing, and cutting processes. Ensure adherence to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving innovation and efficiency in our cutting operations.

Proactive Management of Audit Processes:

Take a proactive approach to identify and mitigate delays in the audit process related to product integrity. Work collaboratively with internal audit teams to establish robust audit procedures, address any compliance issues promptly, and maintain audit readiness at all times.

Ownership of Aging Report Strategies:

Take ownership of aging reports to proactively identify and address potential product integrity issues. Develop and implement strategies to minimize the impact of aging inventory, drive inventory optimization efforts, and ensure the timely resolution of any product integrity concerns.

Streamlining PI Issue Resolution:

Develop and implement a robust process for resolving issues swiftly and effectively. Conduct thorough root cause analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and drive sustainable solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Textiles; Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in product operations or related field.

Demonstrated leadership skills, People & Process oriented with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

Deep understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Master black belt preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
