The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

You are responsible for scientific education and training for regional medical affairs in EMEA, focusing on developing and executing educational events with consistent training messaging and enhancing scientific data generation for optimal and safe portfolio application.

You develop and execute premium scientific training events (e.g., MEXS events, symposia, etc.), create agendas in alignment with regional medical and marketing teams, select and contract speakers, manage briefings, oversee patient treatment recordings, develop and review speaker slide decks, manage compliance approval, conduct on-site rehearsals, and manage medical writers and communication agencies.

You evaluate medical literature and translate it into impactful communication for regional/local teams, create study synopses, objection handlers, scientific messaging, KOL slide decks, and science briefs, identify strategically important data for key initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and support Medical Affairs’ digital presence.

You support the execution of Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs), initiate further scientific data generation, develop and align scientific data generation strategy, act as a contact person for study idea submissions, support HCPs in developing study proposals, and ensure innovative communication material development based on study results/publications.

You provide proactive input of KOL insights for strategic projects and materials for HCPs and consumers, and share insights cross-functionally to identify opportunities for the brands/portfolio.

You enjoy driving the development, and implementation of innovative medical communication channels and tools, focusing on digital and AI, and collaborate closely with the digital innovation team.

You maintain flawless medical information flow between Global Medical Affairs, Global Training and Education, and EMEA countries.

What we expect from you:

Youhave a clinical and scientific medical background, such as an MD, specialist, and/or PhD, or equivalent experience.

You bring in 3-5 years of experience and competency in aesthetic medicine as well as a relevant background in medical affairs, KOL management, and preferably as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

You understand scientific data and translate it into easy-to-understand messages for non-medical audiences (e.g., sales, marketing) as well as strong key messages.

You are firm in the methodology of developing and reviewing scientific and essential clinical trial documents.

You have first experience in medical communication and key social media skills, as it would be a plus.

You are a strong communicator, networker and team player.

You are goal-oriented, proactive, persistent and reliable.

You have excellent English-speaking skills, both written and oral.

You are comfortable using common IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
