OverviewAmyx is seeking to hire a Mission Support Division Lead to support our US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) CSS contract in the DC/Metro area.

ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff. The Mission Support Division Lead will assist the CSS Program Manager in providing required team leadership, guidance, and program management vision; consult with senior leadership as needed in support of the MSD day-to-day operations. The Mission Support Division Lead shall assist the CSS Program Manager providing qualified and experienced personnel and shall provide all supervision to its personnel ensuring each of the task areas below:

Administrative Support

Communications Support

Data Analysis Support

Executive Assistance Support

General Office Support

Strategic Planning Support

Program Management Support

Engineering Support

QualificationsExperience managing programs in DHS CBP. Must have an active CBP Background Investigation.

Experience and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Freedom of Information Act, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acquisition Manual (HSAM) and other regulatory and policy supplements.

DHS Management Directive 102-01 and its supporting guides, DoD 5000, Program Management Institute guides and/or Federal Acquisition Institute guidelines.

Physical Demands
