OverviewAmyx is seeking to hire a Business Operations Division Lead to support our US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) CSS contract in the DC/Metro area.

ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff. The Business Operations Division Lead will assist the CSS Program Manager in providing required team leadership and guidance, program management vision; consult with senior leadership as needed in support of the AGO day to day operations. The Business Operations Division Lead shall assist the CSS Program Manager providing qualified and experienced personnel and shall provide all supervision to its personnel ensuring each of the task areas below are executed:

Business Management Competency Development and Deployment Support

Cost Estimating and Analysis Support

Project Planning and Control Support

Program Financial Assessment & Management of CBP Programs Support

Financial Accounting and Analysis Support

QualificationsAt a minimum, the Business Operations Division Lead shall possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of demonstrated experience with budget planning, financial management, accounting methods, and financial management tools.

The analyst shall have demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices, life-cycle cost estimating, program spend-plans, and Integrated Baseline Reviews as the IBRs relate to program financial management. The Business Operations Division Lead must have an active CBP Background Investigation.
