SouthEast – See detail belowSummary:Responsible to grow new and current business through product sales and income development in the SouthEast region. Directs and manages the sales and income development team in the SouthEast.The SouthEast Regional Reinsurance Director must reside in or relocate to one of the following US States:Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee.This position requires daily travel within driving distance of your home. Overnight travel is limited to:Quarterly and Annual company meetings.Traveling to assist your team to close mid to larger prospects.National and State trade shows.Weekends are typically off.Fridays are considered office days.Manages the SouthEast Region to grow the SouthEast Sales team, sales processes and dealer reinsurance product and income development training.Build and maintain the sales team in the SouthEast Region.Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all reinsurance, warranty and income development professionals and all staff designated to the SouthEast region.Establishes annual and monthly objectives for the region and territories within the region and/or SouthEast Team as well as the region.Tasked to lead the training initiative for new reinsurance and warranty clients.Regularly communicates with the Executive Vice President of Sales, product specialists and administrators.Makes software recommendations to improve region’s expenses and efficiency as well as productivity.Reviews market analysis and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and works with marketing leadership to input on campaigns to accommodate the goals of the organization.Represents the sales department to the executive team.Provides input and analyzes and controls expenditures to conform with budgetary requirements.Maintains a professional appearance.Attends executive meetings as requested.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the SouthEast region team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Automotive Reinsurance Concept policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training all positions in the SouthEast; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and corrective action; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is required.Three years F&I Management experience is required.General Management experience preferred but not required.Individuals with a current dealer book of business and with established relationships with dealers are strongly preferred.Military veterans with recruiting training and experience are strongly preferred.Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Driver’s LicenseMust obtain a passport within 12 months of employment.Physical Demands:
