The Seattle office has the need for a Greenhouse Gas and Climate Action Plan Project Manager to support ongoing Port of Seattle and new client work.

What you will do:Performs greenhouse gas inventory calculations according to the GHG Protocol and other relevant guidelines.Manages technical teams who support climate action plans including but not limited to GHG inventory analysts, cost-benefits analysts, co-pollutant benefits analysts, economic benefits analysts, technical writers, and outreach and engagement specialists.Leads team meetings with stakeholders and must participate in meetings with stakeholders and the public.Provides training for internal and external colleagues on calculations, visualization, technical writing, and stakeholder and public engagement.Manages a grant, contract, or writes a request for proposal.What you will need:Bachelor’s Degree in a related scientific field or relevant discipline with 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Fluency in English, written and spoken.Extensive experience with managing all aspects of climate action plan development and authoring climate action plans.Experience identifying and responding to opportunities to lead climate action plans.Experience working across different cultures, and with multi-disciplinary teams.Experience managing complex projects including the financial aspect and coordinating the work of peers and partners.What We Offer:401k with Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Low deductible health coverage for you and your family through Medical, Dental and Vision plansGenerous paid-time-off policyProfessional DevelopmentHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee wellness programEA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC
