12 MonthsWork from home or the office.Responsibilities

Serve as an Infor M3 subject matter expert.Gather business requirements through interviews with business area subject matter experts.Identify business needs, create user stories, and translate requests into functional requirements for the development team.Translate business requirements into functional design documents.Collaborate with internal business users and the software development team to ensure designs and deliverables meet the documented requirements.Advocate for the needs of business users with a strong business-orientation around finance.Train and assist users with M3 ERP related information and tools.Provide demos with suggested UI layout and application changes for approval by the business.Oversee software projects through the software development life cycle.Organize and maintain each project's respective backlog through grooming sessions, daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.Perform and coordinate software acceptance and regression testing.Perform and help coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.Train and assist users with M3 and related Infor tools.Other responsibilities as assigned.Requirements

5 plus years of M3 experience.Experience configuring M3, Ming.Le workflows and IDM documents.3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst with demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other initiatives.Must have a working knowledge of ERP systems and the financial process.Candidate must be able to demonstrate a history of repeatedly leading successful project execution.Prior work experience with development methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, and/or Lean.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.Able to create and maintain standard project deliverables for multiple projects such as: Epics, User Stories, process flows, wireframes, mockups, etc.Aptitude to translate business requirements into technical requirements.Capable of facilitating communication between stakeholders from all levels of the organization while objectively identifying and resolving conflict.Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing priorities.Understand all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).Proficiently drive business participation in all phases of the project.Proficient analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong organization, time management, self-initiative, sense of ownership and accountability.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field.Basic knowledge of databases, SQL structures and writing simple queries.Basic knowledge of HTML and/or other web-based technologies.
