Anatomage offers 3D medical imaging software and hardware for diagnosis, treatment planning, customized surgical devices, and anatomy education in both the dental and medical industries.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and contribute to our overall success for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies. As our Human Resources Director, you will also play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.This is an on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.What You’ll DoIn this role you will take on the responsibility of leading and managing a team of HR professionals, providing direction and support to ensure the team’s success.Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.Implement and maintain effective communication channels to foster a positive workplace culture.Oversee employee relations, and handle complex issues with sensitivity and professionalism.Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain the top talent.Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure retention.Manage performance evaluation processes.Provide guidance and support to managers on performance and improvement and career development.Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Develop and update HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.Evaluate, implement and optimize HR technology solutions.Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements.Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior leadership role.In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent problem solving skills and decision making abilities.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate with leadership.Strategic thinker.Able to effectively lead a team of HR professionals.Minimum Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or certification is a plus.10-15 years of HR related experience.What We OfferHealth, Dental, and Vision care for you and your family.401K savings plan with employer matching.Generous PTO leave and paid holidays.Casual work culture.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Anatomage is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
