Weekly Pay Range - $1778 To $1975 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Step Down Job Specialty: Step Down Nursing Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Information not provided Experience: Information not provided License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - Capability to work in various inpatient areas Job Description: - Provide safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and their families using the nursing process.- Assist patients in attaining, maintaining, regaining, and sustaining optimal health status.- Implement the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based nursing care.- Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery to ensure safe practice and positive care outcomes.- Exhibit clear communication and effective teamwork to optimize patient care and clinical operations.- Develop professionally and contribute to the professional practice of nursing.- Display leadership qualities that influence optimal clinical and operational outcomes.- Perform RN duties as assigned, maintaining a nurse/patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6.- Flexibility to float across various inpatient areas as required, including step-down units, medical units, surgical units, and emergency departments for caring of boarded patients.
