JOB SUMMARYUnder the general direction of the Executive Director of Development at the Baskin School of Engineering, the Senior Director of Corporate Engagement is responsible for leading corporate revenue initiatives and establishing holistic, strategic partnerships with organizations to support the engineering school at UC Santa Cruz.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATIONBudgeted Salary:

$143,050 - $170,100/year. Salary commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.Expert working knowledge of all aspects of fundraising, donor relations, and public relations concepts, principles, procedures, and techniques.Demonstrated and extensive success in corporate fundraising, business development, and/or corporate partnership management.Expert verbal and written communication skills.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTSelected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.Must possess a valid license to drive in the state of California.
