We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Asset Management Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for real estate. As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the asset management team with the analysis, monitoring, and optimization of our real estate portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and review financial reports and performance metrics to support decision-making processes.Asset Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned assets, including occupancy rates, lease renewals, rent collections, and operating expenses. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance asset value.Market Research:

Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform investment strategies and asset management decisions. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments.Property Management Coordination:

Collaborate with property management teams to ensure effective operations, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to property budgets. Assist in the resolution of operational issues and tenant concerns.Reporting:

Prepare detailed asset performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments, property acquisitions, and dispositions. Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess various scenarios and their impact on asset performance.Project Management:

Assist in the management of capital improvement projects and other value-add initiatives. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.Compliance:

Ensure that all asset management activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for auditing purposes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPM) is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, financial analysis, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
