A law firm in Madison, WI, is seeking an experienced IP Biotechnology Patent Agent to join its distinguished Intellectual Property Department within the Chemical, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical Practice Group. The successful candidate will have a robust background in drafting and prosecuting both domestic and international patent applications, with a strong emphasis on biotechnology. A PhD in biological sciences and a USPTO registration number are required. The role demands exceptional legal writing and research skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
