QualificationsGreat opportunity to be part of a team where you will cross train on innovative product lines at KLA! Image computers, Computer network, cabling related EOL(End of life) issues, PCA support and control systems on KLA inspection equipment. Develop the required documentation to support processes and provide training to the technicians, while working with technicians to solve sophisticated issues and provide unambiguous plan of action.Job Duties, but not limited to:Configure servers, tackle technical issues, conduct inspections, and handle hardware upgrades.Supporting technical manufacturing teams with installations, configurations, and verifying networking connectivity, including DNS, DHCP, and LDAPShould be able to work with internal stakeholders who are supporting verity of image computing subsystem in production in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment.Test and qualify server assembly configurations. Work with suppliers to support and improve incoming material quality and acceptance.Engineering change orders, and management of test data entry and test specifications into our quality database platform. Work with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
