The MHP Americas Finance and Controlling Consultant is expected to perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our Operations Excellence service unit.This role requires a focused and analytical mindset and will require working towards set objectives with a level of autonomy, living a culture of accountability, and taking a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, this person will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, as well as support new business opportunities.Responsibilities
Work on challenging projects in management, process, and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industriesDevelop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Finance, Controlling, and SAPDeploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and costFoster long-term relationships with clientsIdentify and lead business development opportunitiesAchieve a strong reputation as a business advisorTake over responsibility as (sub) project team leaderQualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent education2 years of work experience in the consulting industry2 years of SAP FI/CO experience2 years of experience in the Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing sector preferredSAP S/4HANA experience preferredSAP S/4HANA certifications preferred1 full SAP lifecycle implementationStrong domain expertise in the business area of Finance & ControllingFluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)Professional demeanor with a strong customer focusAnalytical and structured working attitudeWillingness to travel 80-100%US Citizen/Green Card/EAD required
