My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of modalities including ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, and expressive arts practices. I bring over 25 years of clinical experience as a counselor in addition to my lived experience as a neurodivergent person.I have worked with gifted, 2E, HSPs, introverts, artists, writers, healers, and creatives for many years. I also support parents of neurodivergent children and those in recovery. Together we might identify practical tools for sensory self-care, develop skills to address relationship or communication challenges, identify executive functioning support needs, and learn how to navigate system supports for yourself or your children.I am committed to providing anti-racist, anti-oppression, culturally responsive, Trans and LGBTIQ+ affirming care.
