The Opportunity

Search, Discovery and Content AI are key pillars of the Adobe Cloud strategy. Our search and discovery platform indexes over 50B documents and serves 200M requests per day with integrations in a wide range of Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products and surfaces. We are enabling our customers’ digital journeys with semantic search, visual search, browse, discovery and recommendations of content, documents, tools, tutorials and other assets significant to our customers. As part of Content AI strategy, we are powering machine learning and AI features across Adobe Cloud product lines. The objective is to make machine learning offerings a best-in-class, innovative, differentiating product in Adobe Cloud ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Identify customer needs, document user stories, use cases and feature requirements for product feature

Work with Engineers, Data Scientists and Product managers to collect requirements and ensure the tools we build fully address user needs.

Prioritize product features on the roadmap based on sound tradeoff decisions on short-term and long-term features.

Ensure timely and effective product development releases and launches

Study and analyze competitive landscape, industry trends to drive clarity on the requirements and priorities.

Build good understanding of Product strategy to present and influence decision-making to leadership

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025

Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to encourage teams, communicate vision and help drive consensus and forward motion

Ability to simplify complicated problems by breaking down technical solutions for highly technical internal, and external audiences

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data

Experience in different methods of customer listening, from UX research and user testing

Understanding of Search technologies and/or ML end-to-end deployment lifecycle is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
