You will drive initiatives that enable critical strategic unlocks of use cases across the Adobe portfolio with Adobe Express.What You'll DoTalk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc.Build market expertise through market research and trends research to really understand our user's needsDemonstrate creative problem solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutionsOutline a product roadmap for your areas of responsibility through partnership with engineering and designDrive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition, team assignments, and coordination across parts of Adobe Express and the Adobe ecosystemWhat You'll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to inspire teams, communicate your vision, and help drive consensus and forward momentumBring relationships with cross functional teams to define a market leading strategy and achieve resultsComfort with making decisions using both quantitative and qualitative dataAbility to simplify complicated problems by breaking down technical solutions for internal, external, and executive audiencesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
