The Opportunity

The International Strategy and Product Management (ISPM) team is dedicated to creating exceptional product experiences worldwide. Our mission is to drive discovery, adoption, and growth of our Creative Cloud (CC) and Document Cloud (DC) products in international markets. We champion the global experience to achieve the goal of creating truly world-ready products. We collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, GTM, and regional teams to drive our product strategy. We define success metrics and internationalization requirements, guide the product roadmap and prioritization, create scalable international experiences, and track impact. We seek to strike the right balance between scalable and local.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Alignment: Build a case aligned with broader organizational goals and key partners including engineering, marketing, GTM, and local sales teams.

Data Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze user, product, and financial data as well as competitive and market research to identify growth opportunity areas, define measurable success criteria, and prioritize feature needs.

User Workflow Mapping and Gap Analysis: Map user workflows and journeys to analyze internationalization gaps and document.

Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate a broad range of internal and external business partners to successfully meet product and business goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025.

Proven experience in product strategy, product management, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive alignment on product strategies.

Experience in mapping user workflows and analyzing market gaps.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
