Corporate Litigation Paralegal

with law firm experience to join our Legal department and work onsite at our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters. You will work closely with and assist the Legal Department in handling the company’s legal issues. You will provide both paralegal and executive administrative support in areas of general legal department support, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal research, contracts, and other legal responsibilities. You will be a point of contact for communicating within the company and outside businesses, lawyers, and government agencies.You will report to the General Counsel.Your Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain high volume electronic file and database (Relativity)Develop and prioritize tasks to ensure their logical and efficient completion.Handle highly confidential information regarding the legal and internal operation of the company.Perform legal research.Work extensively with members of management.Support in various legal matters including compliance, contracts, and litigation.Assist with administrative duties as assigned including file organization, managing correspondence, preparation of expense reports, meeting coordination.Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate5+ years’ experience as a high-volume litigation paralegal (job title paralegal) in a law firm (preferably class action)Strong technical skills in Excel and document management systems (e.g., Relativity, Concordance).Excellent writing skills and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and external parties.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/guidance.Ability to work at our Bethesda, MD office (6600 Rockledge Drive) 4 days/week with the option to work the 5th day remotely.We Offer:
