Heritage Industries is part of the Campbell Companies portfolio of companies.The role of the General Manager of Heritage Industries is to expand the scope of and grow the Heritage Industries product and service offerings to its core customer base by developing and implementing long term strategic plans. The right candidate will be able to further develop an already strong team and culture of innovation and customer-focused development, while building out operational and go-to-market processes across all aspects of the business that fit into long-term, strategic objectives. Performance will be measured on agreed-upon quantitative and qualitative results across five areas – People, Market Performance, Operational Excellence, Financial Stability and Business Innovation. This role will oversee onsite and offsite service operations, R&D/Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance/HR. This position reports to the CEO of Campbell Industries.Experience Required:Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Operations Management, R&D, Manufacturing. Additional experience in go-to-market strategy and execution is a bonus. Demonstrated ability to oversee and enhance operational workflows and processes from concept to market launch.Extensive experience in Manufacturing Operations, including the management of production lines, quality control, supply chain logistics, and inventory management. Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output.Successful track record in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, with the ability to translate operational strategies into actionable market plans. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful product launches and market penetration.Strong background in LEAN methodology, with hands-on experience in applying LEAN principles to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency. Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in LEAN methodology or related disciplines are preferred.Other Requirements:Must be able to work on site in Salt Lake City full time. This is not a remote position.Ability to travel across the US and internationally.Ability to work the hours required by the position. These may vary depending on market conditions, customer needs etc.
