A real estate law firm based in the South Carolina Lowcountry is opening their first location in Greenville! To establish this location, they are hiring for a licensed and experienced
Real Estate Attorney . This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who works well independently and enjoys building from the ground up, as you’ll be running all aspects of a brand new office.
Responsibilities :Oversee all residential and commercial real estate transactions in the office, including residential and commercial sales and refinances.Review title.Work with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions.Draft and/or review loan documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.Deliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may have.Review disbursement ledger and sign checks.Develop, cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm.Conduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of real estate law.Manage supporting staff.
Qualifications :
Member of the South Carolina State Bar, in good standing.Residential real estate experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Involved in the community.Strong administrative and office management capabilities.Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history.Able to manage a support staff.
Benefits & Compensation:
$80,000 – $90,000.Vacation & holiday schedule.Employer sponsored health insurance.Contributing retirement.
