Wealth Preservation Attorney - Austin

McGinnis Lochridge is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Wealth Preservation Practice Group and take a hands-on role in empowering our clients and safeguarding their legacies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and administration, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to counsel with patience and compassion. This position offers flexible work hours.Key Responsibilities:Meeting with clients to discuss their estate planning needs, questions, and concerns;Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney;Representing clients through the probate and estate administration process, including drafting documents and appearing in probate court;Advising clients on transfer tax implications and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities;Preparing explanatory memos for clients on estate planning concepts.Location:
