We are seeking a full-time Sr. SAP Functional Manager for business process design, configuration, best practices
implementation, optimization, and support of SAP S/4HANA, PLM, Ariba, IBP, BTP, SAC, and DM.
Essential Responsibilities ar
e:• Lead a team of SAP functional, configuration, and data experts.• Assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement pragmatic and cost-effective SAP solutions.• Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.• Manage end to end SAP change control and CCB approval process.• Ensure RCA is documented for each production incident.• Work closely with business leaders to optimize and streamline business processes.• Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).• Manage and facilitate business user sessions to gather requirements and process information.• Ensure QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is done and documented before deploying changes in production.• Access user training requirements and ensure end users are getting appropriate training
Desired Skills and Experience:• Minimum 15 years of hands-on SAP ERP functional and configuration experience in product manufacturing industry.• 10+ years of hands-on experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, configuration, implementation and optimization in the manufacturing industry.• 10+ years of business process design and documentation experience.• 5+ years of experience in managing functional, configuration, and development team• Must have 4+ full life cycle SAP implementations and optimization experience• Require deep SAP configuration expertise and understanding in multiple SAP products / modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, IBP BTP, PLM, Ariba, DM.• 5+ years of experience in SAP applications integration and EDI.• Lead and facilitate business process design sessions.• Excellent skills in analyzing and implementing end-to-end complex business processes.• Strong collaboration skills to work independently with business heads and teams.• Able to work autonomously and consider cross-functional and upstream impacts.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Minimum Education:• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field.• SAP configuration certification in at least one module
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 depending on location and experience
