Summary

As the Corporate Development Intern, you will execute a range of advisory related tasks including financial analysis, building and analyzing financial models, and industry research, such as:

Developing market and industry research to inform deal sourcing, rationale, and decision-making.Evaluating potential acquisition targets and markets to enhance the deal pipeline.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration planning and execution.Qualifications:

Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree in business-related field; finance or economics a plus.Minimum GPA of 3.0 with a Junior or Senior status.Ability to communicate professionally and interact at a high level with senior management and with a global multi-cultural team based in various countries around the world.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Multilingual a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Demonstrated interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Energy Industry is a plus.Other duties as assigned.Additional Information
