Summary
The Finance Analytics Intern will be responsible for:Automating and simplification of finance operations through Power BI application.Create finance visuals to improve analytics.Other duties as assigned.The Intern also will learn about the following:
Observe HMH's workplace culture by interacting with different functionsEnhance knowledge/skills & apply in actual business scenariosDevelop professional communication skills with Executive LeadershipExperience performance evaluations/feedback in a professional settingSkills/Requirements
Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with Finance/Accounting majors preferred.Minimum GPA of 3.0.Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem.Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Other duties as assigned.Additional Information
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.No relocation assistance.
