The Product Marketing Specialist Role supports the backend processes for and SBU product line and drives the pricing and financial analysis for multiple SBU's. You will be responsible for leading a small low complexity SBU that requires more tactical coordination. Additionally this role enables Diversey to grow healthcare market share with targeted end users by providing support to the sales, sector marketing, and portfolio teams. This includes building customized collateral and tools that differentiate Diversey from other competitors in the market.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWINGManaging the New Product Introduction Process within SAP for the Hand care and Adjunct Technologies:Adding new projects in NPIR/SAP Creating Fast Track requests to provide needed information relative to product changes and market needs.Entry of projects in system and tracking through the processManaging the Price Books:Update and maintain product price bookWork with Product Managers, Product Management & Marketing Directors and Pricing Leads to gain a working knowledge of how to develop pricing strategiesProvide input into potential product mix impact by product lineEnsure accurate product costing at raw material and manufacturing levelsManage Product Line Communications:Update product communicationsReview and update product information in Product Selection guidesYou will also support of the Sales and Marketing Team Operations - provide on-going support for the sales executives and key account managers to enable them to spend more time focused on selling activities. This includes the following:Researching and determining the GPO for user inquiries - maintaining a databaseUpdating the Salsify website for product changes and adding contentSample requests, labels and literature for national and local trade events, and shipping of booth related materials from the officeManaging the flow of the MoonBeams and service arrangements for product issues, resolving the action for customersWorking with SalesForce.com on the process for setupsManaging the PO process through Ariba for marketingQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred2-3 years of professional work experience ideally including prior experience in Applications, Sales, Global Marketing, and R&D.Strong time management, planning and prioritization skillsManages Complexity balances multiple needs and projectsBasic knowledge of finances with a holistic view of profitability Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Ability to influence others and build positive working relationships across all business functions.Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, and Tableau, with skills in financial modeling and analysis required.Sound judgement and decision-making skills, using analytical skills to develop insights.Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills; naturally connects and builds strong relationships with othersAbility to travel up to 10-15% of the time (both domestic and international)For this role you will be required to be hybrid out of the Fort Mill, South Carolina office. #LI-hybridWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
