We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable security solutions.As a Business Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business in the enterprise sector for our security solutions. You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and increase market share in your assigned territory of Latin America and Caribbean. The candidate must sit in the Miami, FL/South FL area.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the market

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients

Conduct market research and thoughtfully identify trends and opportunities

Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams for product development and improvement

COMPENSATIONThe annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 90k-125k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 90k-125k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Ability to travel 50% in Latin America region
