Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 30lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 20lbs; Must be able to climb and descend ladders, Must be able to work in confined spaces, must be willing to enter construction sites, attics, basements, crawls, tunnels and manholes. Must be able to distinguish wiring colors, regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings, as well as occasional out of town trips to remote areas of Kentucky.
Shift
Primarily days (i.e. Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)Please be aware that as an exempt position, job duties may occasionally require additional time in the evenings, nights, holidays and/or weekends to accomplish work goals in excess of 40 hours per week.
Job Summary
This individual will manage full scale projects using appropriate tools, keeping projects on time and within budget. Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Track project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs. Communicate and collaborate both internally and externally on project status and metrics. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Track project milestones, staff time, deliverables, problems, and solutions. Share information effectively and in a timely manner to support the work of project team members. Create recommendation reports as part of project after action views identifying successful/unsuccessful project elements. This individual will manage project resource allocation: assemble and coordinate project teams, constantly monitor and report on progress of the project teams, track project time and budget using appropriate tools, build, develop and grow team relationships vital to the success of the projects.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Knowledge of Pinnacle and/or ServiceNow is a plus, Knowledge of Low-Voltage Network Cabling and Fiber Optic Cabling in an enterprise infrastructure is a plus. Knowledge of CISCO switches and wireless equipment is a plus

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree.
