Job Description:
As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Manage operational activities ensuring effectiveness and and alignment with quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies and policies to drive company growth and enhance operational efficiency
- Direct the collection and analysis of data, crafting and assessing methodologies, conducting industry research while offering strategic guidance
- Drive enhancements in business operations, support organizational growth, measure performance, assist with acquisition integration, and offer broad management consulting expertise.
- Lead project objectives and ensure high standards of quality and timely delivery, while working closely with senior management consultants
- Demonstrate expertise and experience in developing solutions for recommendations, or outcomes across diverse business functions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, political science, management information systems, or related discipline
- 4+ years of relevant, professional experience
- Knowledge of Human-Centered Design/Design Thinking, employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design
- Curious and open-minded approach to work
- Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
- Engage with technology-with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading project management efforts, including overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Experience consulting or working for the Federal government
