You help grow our culture and, in turn, grow from the experience.Job Description :As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.The successful candidate will have the ability to:Develop, review, and update organizational policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with department heads to identify policy needs and gaps.Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Provide training and support to staff on policy-related matters.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of policies and procedures.Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, economics, political science, communications, planning, technology and policy, math, statistics, engineering, physical science, or related discipline8+ years of relevant, professional experienceKnowledge of Human-Centered Design/Design Thinking, employee experience, customer experience, and/or service designCurious and open-minded approach to workThrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycleEngage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Certification in Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and/or service design backgroundExperience consulting for the Federal governmentJob Location and Travel Expectations:This position is remote.
