You help grow our culture and, in turn, grow from the experience.Job Description :As an Associate Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.The successful candidate will have the ability to:Translate mission-oriented or learning management client requirements into organizational plans and assist Project Manager in the development of deliverables.Responsibilities include data collection and data analysis, methodology development and evaluation, best practice research, benchmarking, business management improvement, organizational development, performance measurement, acquisition support, and general management consulting.Assist project team with information gathering and research, organize data and project documents, clean and analyze data.Support project objectives and help assess the impact of industry trends, policy, and standard methodologies.Conduct activities in support of the project team’s objectives.Possess demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple business tasks and/or organizations.Utilize the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization.Work closely with senior Management Consultants.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business management, political science, policy, communications, or related discipline4+ years of relevant, professional experienceCurious and open-minded approach to workThrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycleEngage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service designExperience consulting or working for the Federal governmentJob Location and Travel Expectations:This position is remote.
