You help grow our culture and, in turn, grow from the experience.Job Description:As a Senior Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.The successful candidate will have the ability to:Design and implement change management plans, communication strategies, and training programsManage a team of change management professionals to ensure change initiatives are executed consistently and effectivelyPlay a pivotal role in connecting diverse teams to ensure the successful attainment of goals and the management of intricate projectsLead the implementation of enhancement strategies and tools in process improvement and learning management, including course development projectsDevelop procedures, set standards, define priorities, and create work plansCreate metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure change readiness and adoptionDevelop long-range objectives and strategic plans related to business process improvement and curriculum designApply a considerable knowledge of practices, concepts, and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the completion of significant assignmentsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business management, political science, policy, communications, or related discipline8+ years of relevant, professional experience4+ years of related management experienceCurious and open-minded approach to workThrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycleEngage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service designExperience consulting or working for the Federal governmentJob Location and Travel Expectations:This position is remote.
