Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview Is looking for a Service Business Development Representative - Spanish Speaking Required
Growing Sales BDC is looking for positive attitude well-spoken individuals to professionally care for our customers by responding to inbound internet, phone and text inquires.
This position requires you to be able to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays with flexibility.
Requirements:
Customer Service - Required
Excellent communication skills including phone, email, text and chat
Positive attitude
Self- motivated while working within a team
Organized, process and task driven
Drive to exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities:
A nswer inbound Sales leads
Make out bound phone calls approximately 80 per day
Send 50 emails/ text per day
Follow up with all prospects until contact is made
Utilize sales retention tools to set appointments
Set and confirm appointments
Track all activities in our CRM
