Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview Is looking for an Experienced Business Development Representative - Spanish Speaking Required
Growing Sales BDC is looking for positive attitude well-spoken individuals to professionally care for our customers by responding to inbound internet, phone and text inquires.
Ideal candidate is someone who has a minimum of 1 year prior experience as an Automotive BDC Agent or Sales Associate. This position requires you to be able to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays with flexibility.
Requirements:
Previous Automotive Sales or BDC experience Required
Excellent communication skills including phone, email, text and chat
Positive attitude
Self- motivated while working within a team
Organized, process and task driven
Drive to exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities:
A nswer inbound Sales leads
Make outbound phone calls approximately 85 per day
Send 60 emails/ text per day
Follow up with all prospects until contact is made
Utilize sales retention tools to set appointments
Set and confirm appointments
Track all activities in our CRM
