Position Title: Market Development Coordinator (remote with 30% travel)

Summary:

AmeriPro seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Development Coordinator to join our expanding business development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CRM software, expert Microsoft Office Skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the growth and expansion team in scheduling appointments, processing contracts, and driving overall business growth. While healthcare or ambulance service experience is a plus, it is not required.

Job Description:

Role Overview:The Market Development Manager will support the AmeriPro sales and business development teams. This person will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, managing CRM data, maintaining pipeline deck, helping the team set appointments, and facilitating the contract process. This position requires someone who is both detail-oriented and a team player who can support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:CRM Management:Sales Support:Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar) to ensure all sales data is accurate and up-to-date.Create reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and performance indicators.Train and assist team members in effectively utilizing CRM software.

Collaborate with the team to promptly address all sales leads.Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for the business development and sales teams.Manage the process for tracking leads and follow-up activities.

Contract Coordination:Team Collaboration:Support the processing of contracts, ensuring all documentation is in order and deadlines are met.Act as a liaison between the sales team and legal/compliance departments to ensure contract accuracy.Track contract renewals and assist in drafting amendments when needed.

Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify growth and process improvement opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:Attend sales meetings, providing administrative support and insight as needed.Assist with project management tasks related to business development initiatives.

Handle general administrative duties to support the team, including organizing files, managing calendars, and tracking key activities.Ensure follow-ups on outstanding items, driving initiatives forward.Contribute to strategic discussions about growth and client acquisition.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a team.Proven experience with CRM software (experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms required).2+ years of experience in a business development, sales support, or operations role.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Healthcare or ambulance service industry experience is a plus but not required.Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
