Job Description

At Wellmark, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented candidate with a foundational knowledge of HTML to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the maintenance, support, and management of both our public and secure websites, ensuring they deliver exceptional digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with team members to create and refine responsive, compliant, and optimized webpages while applying digital best practices and executing on SEO strategies.

This position offers the opportunity to advance your career through hands-on experience with tracking, measuring, and analyzing digital properties to develop data storytelling as well as learning and growing as we evolve our digital capabilities through an implementation of a new MarTech stack, website redesign, A/B testing, personalization and segmentation initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:1+ years of experience in planning, updating, and building websites or bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Demonstrated project management effectiveness: meeting deadlines, solving problems and aligning project work to campaign strategy.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Possess a foundational knowledge of HTML. Willing to learn and grow into new responsibilities as capabilities become available. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to consult with stakeholders, articulate accurate information with technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams, including key decision makers.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities or projects. Ability to cultivate peer, key stakeholder and vendor relationships in order to drive results.Preferred:

Experience working within Sitecore or Adobe Content Management Systems and using its functionality for customization/ optimization and creation of dynamic content.Experience in Google Marketing platforms: Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager 360 (GTM) to set up analytics and reporting, and Google Data Studio to build KPI dashboards and reports.Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, and their interplay with other marketing tactics; ability to define and translate strategy to execution in digital environments.

Additional InformationMaintain Wellmark's websites to provide up-to-date and comprehensive information that is easily available to prospects, members, groups, producers, consultants, and providers.Prioritize planned and unplanned work, understanding what highest priority is and ensuring all deadlines are met.Collaborate with business stakeholders as well as creative, strategy and campaign marketing teams to produce web pages and assets.Ensure content pages follow industry and digital best practices and supports SEO efforts.Coordinates among cross functional teams to identify website challenges and recommends and implements solutions.Ensure proper tagging of web pages and tracking across our websites to appropriately monitor site traffic and filter search results.Monitor website performance and make optimization recommendations.Present site analytics, results, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders, as needed.Ensure accuracy of work, double checking tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.Appropriately route content for stakeholder, legal, and compliance review, as needed.Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure content alignment with the following guidelines, standards, regulations, and requirements: brand guidelines, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG), Affordable Care Act (ACA), Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, and other regulatory entity guidelines.Perform competitor research, as needed.Actively participate in efforts to evaluate and evolve marketing technology capabilities and learn new approaches including, but not limited to, A/B testing, personalization and segmentation to improve digital maturity and desired shopping journey outcomes.Other duties as assigned.
