Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where you will play a crucial role in our Finance Department. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing financial advice to our management team. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of financial reporting and excellent analytical skills.

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and create detailed reports to support business decisions.
2. Collaborate with various department heads to build financial forecasts and operational metrics.
3. Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios and predict future outcomes.
4. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
5. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
6. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
7. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
8. Identify trends, advise the company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
9. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
10. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial analysis role.
3. Proficient in financial reporting and financial modeling.
4. Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial software applications.
5. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong initiative for anticipating and meeting business demands.
