Senior Paralegal
to work out of Downtown Los Angeles, California. We have partnered with one of the most widely recognized and successful personal injury law firms in the greater Los Angeles area. 30 + years in business, over 1100 reviews on Google, and features in KTLA 5, NBC, ABC7, Fox 11, Telemundo, Univision, and KCAL 9.The Senior Paralegal on our Trial Team will support our attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation and litigation for high-exposure personal injury cases. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for trial work. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in case management, legal research, drafting legal documents, and coordinating trial logistics.IDEAL CANDIDATE:Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial, including maintaining case files, tracking case status, and ensuring deadlines are met.Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, including organizing and managing trial exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and preparing trial binders.Manage the discovery process, including responding to discovery requests, coordinating depositions, and reviewing and summarizing deposition transcripts.Coordinate all logistics for trial, including scheduling, managing calendars, and ensuring all materials are ready and available.Assist in the identification and coordination of expert witnesses, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing expert reports.Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or Pod Leaders.REQUIREMENTS:Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with
significant experience
