Paralegal

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Successfully organize, monitor, and project manage the company’s immigration operations to ensure safe, consistent, and successful results.Manage and work with external counsel to successfully prepare and file visa petitions, applications, and supporting documents for F-1, E-2, L1A, H1B, PERM, O-1, EB-1, NIW, etc.Conduct legal research, liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, and keep stakeholders regularly informed of case progress while receiving consistently positive stakeholder feedback on promptness and client service.Assist the company’s legal department with general filing and other organizational tasks as assigned.MUST HAVE:Qualifications: bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal.Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.Languages: Must speak and write English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluently and idiomatically.JOB TYPE:Full-timeBENEFITS:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLOCATION:Pasadena office (on site)PAY RANGE:$70,000 - $85,000/yr
