We are seeking reliable, bilingual (Spanish) Paralegals with a minimum of 2-5 years of personal injury experience. Responsibilities include:Discovery/Responding to discovery;Reviewing documents and legal research;Drafting legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons, etc.;Assisting with assembling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and mediations;Calendaring upcoming court hearings and other deadlines;Drafting, revising, and finalizing letters, briefs, and memos;Collaborating with supervising Attorney and providing general administrative support;Qualified candidates will have an ABA Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years of litigation experience. Must have knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court guidelines.
