Minneapolis, MNPART TIME: Tuesday - Thursday: 8am-4pm.What you'll do as the IT Service Desk Analyst:
Provide exceptional in-person technical troubleshooting support service to employees at all levels of the organization at our WHQ locationsConduct assessment, research, and resolution of incidents and service requestsIdentify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operationsMonitor and handle escalations from external service providerUpdating SOPs and other service documentation with current practices and proceduresWhat you'll bring to the IT Service Desk Analyst role:
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of experience providing end-user technology supportBasic knowledge of Microsoft OS: Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, network, hardware, peripherals, cyber securityTake the first step on your new career path!
