Process W-9 forms in tax database - emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiencySort and scan both paper mail and digital forms received in shared email inboxesLog voicemails into Excel templateAssist on assorted reports - mostly Microsoft Excel basedWhat you'll bring to the Office Automation Specialist role:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, OutlookMust be organized, strong attention to detail and communication skillsTake the first step on your new career path!
