Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for a seasoned leader to help us continue to scale and optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Manage day-to-day operations, including case management, client relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Strategic Growth:

Partner with the Managing Partners to develop and implement strategies for the firm’s growth and long-term success.

Process Innovation:

Continuously improve internal processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Financial Oversight:

Lead budgeting, financial planning, and resource management to ensure the firm’s profitability and sustainability.

People Leadership:

Oversee HR initiatives including talent recruitment, retention, staff development, and performance management.

Risk Management:

Ensure the firm’s operations comply with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, mitigating potential risks.

Technology Integration:

Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance case management, streamline operations, and improve client service.

Client Experience:

Uphold our firm’s high standards of client service, ensuring that our operations support a superior client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 10 years in an executive role, with at least 5 years as a COO or similar leadership position in a law firm or professional services environment.

Deep understanding of law firm operations, particularly in personal injury law, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency.

Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans that fuel growth and improve performance.

Strong grasp of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation within a legal context.

Proficiency in legal technology solutions and case management software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (MBA or JD is highly preferred).

Demonstrated success in managing teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving performance.

Pay: $136,000.00 - $265,000.00 per year
