We seek a General Manager for a new restaurant opening this fall!
Our team, known for popular LA neighborhood staples, is expanding with a second steakhouse. Our first location innovates with chef-driven dishes, unique drinks, and a casual yet stylish dining atmosphere. We're excited to join the Fairfax community!
We need an experienced General Manager passionate about hospitality and growth. The ideal candidate will lead a large team, have a successful track record in restaurant openings, and uphold our high standards.
WE OFFER:
Leadership of a multi-concept restaurant
Breakfast/lunch/brunch/dinner offerings with craft cocktails and extensive wine list
Base salary $110,000 to $125,000 plus benefits, bonus potential, and perks

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years as a General Manager in a chef-driven, full-service restaurant
Proven team leadership and success in restaurant openings
Advanced business and financial knowledge
Extensive wine and spirit knowledge
Quick problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
