Westwood's gorgeous Broxton Brewery needs a General Manager to lead our flagship. You'll set the standard for great pub food, excellent beer, awesome service, and FUN. You'll manage the pub’s sales, profitability and quality goals, with responsibility for a joyous and respectful environment for the kitchen team, the dinining room staff, and our guests. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Strong knowledge of craft beer is a big plus, but as long as you are excited to learn, we will teach you!

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

Respond efficiently and accurately to guest inquiries

Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

Organize and supervise shifts

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Work effectively and cordially with a motley crew of staff, managers, colleagues, vendors, partners, and guests

Skills

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role, in a high volume, casual setting

Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Financial management skills

Solid experience managing a team of at least six employees

Plus but not required: ability to work in both Spanish and English; knowledge of vegan and non-vegan menu options; familiarity with craft beer and brewing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

management: 1 year (Required)
