At China Mama, you'll spearhead an array of responsibilities to ensure our guests' satisfaction and operational excellence:Shape the restaurant's strategic direction by gauging customer demand and formulating effective business plans.Drive financial success by skillfully managing finances and fostering initiatives to meet restaurant objectives.Garner a loyal patronage by designing and executing impactful marketing, advertising, and community programs.Exercise prudent control over purchases and inventory through strategic engagement with account managers.Establish consistent productivity and quality by crafting meticulous policies and standard operating procedures.Elevate patron satisfaction levels by continuously evaluating and optimizing food and beverage service offerings.Nourish a talented team by recruiting, orienting, and training staff, driving human resource objectives.Create a safe, sanitary, and wholesome environment by enforcing rigorous sanitation standards and procedures.Stay at the forefront of industry trends by monitoring emerging developments in the restaurant landscape.Qualifications/Skills
Deep expertise in front and back of house operations, encompassing food, beverages, staff oversight, inventory management, and food safety.A firm grasp of cost and labor systems pivotal for driving restaurant profitability.Exceptional communication and leadership acumen, fostering a cohesive team environment.Comfort in budget management, payroll administration, revenue forecasting, and financial planning.The ability to guide and inspire large groups of individuals to achieve exceptional results.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
3+ years of experience in restaurant management or leadership roles, reflecting your ability to drive service excellence within hospitality.Current food handler’s card and other required certifications in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Comfortable using computers, navigating standard office software, and point-of-sale systems.High school diploma or GED, reflecting your educational foundation.Benefits
